NovaSetters ("we", "the Service") is operated by BabyJoyCreations LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States ("Moniq"). This policy explains what data we process when you connect an Instagram professional account.
Data we collect
- From the connected Instagram professional account: account ID, username and an access token granted through Instagram Login.
- Direct messages received and sent by the connected account, and the public profile information Instagram provides about the people who message it (name, username, profile picture, follower count, verification status, and whether they follow the account).
- Configuration you create in the Service: agent instructions, business information and sales links.
How we use it
Only to provide the Service to the account owner: generating and sending replies to direct messages, organizing conversations in a CRM view, sending follow-ups within the messaging window allowed by Instagram, and letting the owner reply manually. Message content is processed by AI providers (Anthropic and OpenAI) solely to generate replies and search the account's knowledge base. We do not sell data, use it for advertising, or share it with other third parties.
Storage and security
Data is stored in a managed database (Supabase) with access restricted to the Service. Access tokens are never exposed to the browser.
Retention and deletion
Data is kept while the account remains connected. You can disconnect the app from Instagram settings at any time, which deactivates your account in the Service, and request full deletion as described on our Data Deletion page. Deletion removes the account, conversations, contacts and stored memory.
