The Service

NovaSetters lets owners of Instagram professional accounts automate replies to direct messages with an AI assistant and manage those conversations in a CRM.

Your responsibilities

• You must own or be authorized to manage the connected Instagram account.
• You are responsible for the instructions and information you give the assistant and for complying with Instagram's Terms of Use, Meta Platform Terms and applicable law.
• You may not use the Service for spam, unsolicited messaging, or misleading content.

Messaging rules

The Service only replies to people who have messaged your account first and only within the time window allowed by Instagram. You can pause the assistant for any conversation and reply manually at any time.

Availability and liability

The Service is provided "as is". AI replies may contain errors; you should review conversations regularly. We are not liable for indirect damages arising from its use.

Termination

You can stop using the Service at any time by disconnecting the app in Instagram and requesting deletion of your data.
